RICS Home Survey Level 2
Includes all the features of the Level 1 Report and provides a greater depth understanding of the current condition of the property. It also includes advice on any defects that may affect the property, as well as ongoing maintenance issues.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The most comprehensive report, a Level 3 Report provides you with an in-depth analysis of the property's condition and includes advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options.
